HomeSafe Physiotherapy provides mobile physiotherapy services for Support at Home (SAH) recipients. Our goal is to help older adults maintain their mobility and continue living safely and independently in their own homes.
Our physiotherapists support individuals who may be experiencing changes in their mobility or recovering after illness or hospitalisation. We work closely with case managers and care teams to ensure treatment aligns with each person’s support plan and ongoing care needs.
